Exceptional customers service
I ordered 2 mugs earlier this month as an anniversary gift to be delivered and upon opening the ear on one mug was shattered . I phoned the next day and was told it will be replaced by the 20th and as promised it was received today in perfect order . Thank you for the great service

I first heard of Grey Stone Trading when I wanted to buy myself a Kitchen Aid mixer in memory of my mother who taught me to bake. This was back when it was all online shopping only.
